Shipping Policy

At Yoga Journey For Life, your order is processed and shipped in the following way.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing and Production

Each product has its own average production time. As such, holidays and high volume seasons can cause production time to rise. Note that the average time is not always guaranteed.

Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual could include:

• The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered in. (If the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us.)
• The order did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure that only the highest-quality product is shipped out.
• If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.
  Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.
• If your order has not been updated or shipped after 7 business days from its submission, please get in touch with our support team for a status update info@yogajourneyforlife.com

 

Shipping Times

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our printer to the destination.

US orders are shipped by US Postal Service.

After processing and leaving the printer, items usually take between 5 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Covid-19

Processing and delivery times have been extended due to the Covid-19 pandamic.
