If Anything is Worth Doing do it with all Your Heart

So what is worth doing with all your heart? The answer is to become all that you were created to become .

This is the way to live a life filled with purpose, passion, and true prosperity. This is to live the life you love and, in this way, “Get the blessings from above.”(Van Morrison)

To find out what is worth doing begins with finding out who you are. When you find out who you are, you will KNOW what to do. More than this, we will find out the magnificence of who you are.

You will be KNOW the secret of secrets is inside. You will have discovered that you are the Pearl of Great Price.

The mystic Christian poet R. S. Thomas shares his experience of discovering your intrinsic worth in his poem The Bright Field.

I have seen the sun break through

to illuminate a small field

for a while, and gone my way

and forgotten it. But that was the

pearl of great price, the one field that had

treasure in it. I realise now

that I must give all that I have

to possess it. Life is not hurrying

on to a receding future, nor hankering after

an imagined past. It is the turning

aside like Moses to the miracle

of the lit bush, to a brightness

that seemed as transitory as your youth

once, but is the eternity that awaits you.

The turning aside is the turning within.

The key to living a fulfilled life is ‘to do’ from Being. You are a human being and not a human doing.

When you ‘do’ from “Being” there is the experience of flow. This is Creation doing through you. Manifestation is happening from the Unmanifest. It is happening through you. To quote an old 1960s phrase, “It’s a happenin’ to her – The Beach Boys.

In Chinese philosophy, this is the experience of Wu Wei or non-doing. This understanding of the power of NON-DONING comes from the Eastern mind. It is the feminine Mind.

In Christian terminology it is the effect of metaphorically speaking,  “Casting your nets to the right side”—John 21:6

There is a magic in NON-Doing

It is the real Law of Attraction experience. It is an experience available when you trust the heart to lead the way. This is the experience where you cross the bridge to realise everything.

This doing from the heart differs from doing from the overthinking personal mind. Your personal mind is focused on goal setting. It is driven.

Living and doing from the heart has more to do with a focus on Presence, on allowing, and on trusting the universe to express through you.

The mess that we are in as a collective called humanity is due primarily to the fact that we have lost contact with Being. Without this connexion, you depend on the energy of the personality to guide you.

The result will be that you will be doing until you create so much to do-do.

All spiritual teachers have one task. This is to get you to turn within to discover your unique inner G.P.S. I call this your Y-E-S.—Your Energy System.

Most traditions call this inner guidance system “the heart.” This is not the heart that says in Hollywood movie, “You complete me”. (Tom Cruise in Jerry Maguire).

You will only find out what is worth doing when you realise the worth of who you truly are. This requires that you Tune into the Infinite—(Ralph Waldo Trine).

This requires you to give up knowledge for KNOWING. It requires that you align your life purpose that Love’s purpose.

In alignment with Love’s Purpose, which is your primary purpose, you KNOW your true worth.

You KNOW what to do because Love does through you.  You are an ever-present flow of Creation. This is a different way of living in the world.

It is a magical way of Being. It is a magical way of doing.
